Payment policy

We offer you several payment methods, so you can choose the one that best suits you. In addition, our e-commerce system is hosted on a server. Therefore, all confidential information is sent in a totally secure way, using the SSL data encryption system.

  • Credit card: You can pay with your credit card, free of charge. & nbsp; The charge to your bank card will be made at the end of the order, being & nbsp; the payment validation immediate. & nbsp ; The entire transaction is carried out in an encrypted way through a bank validation server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, thus, the number of your credit card and the expiration date are instantly encrypted in your computer before being sent to the SSL protocol. No one can use your data without your authorization, since the information is illegible. For greater security, this data is not stored on our server, so you must communicate all the information with each new order. & Nbsp;
  • PayPal: Orders paid through the PayPal payment method will not have any additional surcharge over the total amount. & nbsp; Payment through paypal will be made at the end of the order being & nbsp; the payment validation immediate. & nbsp; In this case, the merchandise will be shipped to the address indicated when confirming the order, regardless of the address indicated in the PayPal account.

Purchase conditions

Purchase Products

The details of the products available for purchase, as well as their price, are specified in the Nebel Studio online store, who will adopt all necessary and reasonable measures to guarantee that all the details, descriptions and prices of the products in the online store are correct. Product price

All product prices appear with VAT included.

Nebel Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of a price change, the products will be invoiced at the current price at the time the order.

The price of each product appears on the screen, indicated in Euros (€), and includes the corresponding value added tax (VAT) and any other applicable tax.


Availability

To make our pieces we use artisan techniques, as well as microfusion (lost wax) and we finish them by hand, piece by piece; so we require time to prepare each one of them. For all this, the time for a piece to be ready to be shipped can vary between two and ten days, especially if it has to be made to measure (for example, in the case of rings). Please take all this into account when placing your order, especially in cases of specific dates.

All orders are subject to the availability of the products. In the event that a product is not available after the order has been placed, we will proceed to contact you to inform you. If possible, we will give you a new deadline to receive the order, and if this is not possible or out of your preference, you can cancel your order and we will refund the amount paid through the same payment method that you used within a period of 15 days. from the cancellation request, or you can request the change of your order by contacting e-mail to nebelstudio.info@gmail.com

Purchase confirmation

Once the purchase is made, you will be able to view the agreement with the order on the screen, and you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of it.

Refund, returns and exchange policy

If you want to return or exchange a product purchased in our online store, you must send us an email to info@nebelstudio.com in the 14 days after its delivery to request so.

In case of return of a product, you will receive a refund of the cost of the product and shipping costs within 10 to 15 business days, once we receive the product back and check its status. The refund will be done through the same payment method used for the purchase. Remember that if your order had a discount or promotion, you will receive the amount you paid for it at the time. Likewise, if your order included a gift, sample or free product, you must return it along with the rest of the products. We will not issue a refund if the product has been used or tampered with. In the case the product arrives damaged, photos will be requested of the state in which it has arrived at the time of delivery, both package and the product, before confirming the return.

In the event of a return or exchange of a product, the costs of returning the product received will be at your expense. In the case of changes, we will cover the costs of the new shipment, which will be done by registered mail.

We do not accept returns for custom-made pieces. However, in the case of rings, we understand that the size is not always correct the first time, and in these cases we will make an exception, so that an exchange for another size can be requested, but not more than once. For these types of changes, the shipping cost of the returned ring would be at your expense, and we will cover the costs of resending the new ring (by registered mail). In order to make the change and before sending the new ring, we must receive the piece with the wrong size and have checked its condition. & nbsp;

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before we ship it.

Shipping Policy

-National Shipments: By default, national shipments are made by registered mail (Correos España), and therefore they have tracking number  (except for the ring sizers, which are sent with ordinary mail by default). The cost of shipping is € 4.35 (this includes packaging), and it usually takes between two and five working days to arrive. The time estimations may vary due to circumstaces beyond our control.

There is also an option of urgent registered shipping (also for national territory) that costs €5.65  in the Peninsula, €7.20 for Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and €11.05  for Caary Islands, and takes between 24 and 72 hours (working days). Packaging is included in the price.

-International Shipments: By default, all shipments are made by registered mail (Correos España), and therefore they have tracking number  (except for the ring sizers, which are sent with ordinary mail by default). Price and shipping times willvary depensing on the zone. You can see below an estimation of the timings and costs, although they may vary due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Europe (CE): cost: €6.75 --- 1 to 4 weeks
  • United Kingdom: cost: €7.05 --- 2 to 5 weeks
  • USA : cost: €9.07 --- 3 to 6 weeks (Shippings to USA include delivery aknowledgement)
  • Canada: cost: €7.40 --- 3 to 6 weeks

There is also an option of urgent registered shipping through Paq.Internacional Light for some territories

  • Europe (CE): cost: €14.60 --- 1 to 15 business days.
  • United Kingdom: cost: €14.60 --- 1 to 15 business days.
  • Canada: cost: €17.85 --- 1 to 15 business days.

- Other tax or customs duty may be charged on orders outside EU (the costs will depend on the zone). It will be customer responsibility to pay those taxes and duties, not being seller responsible of them in any case.


All pieces are shipped in individual recyclable cardboard boxes, in cloth bags, wrapped in tissue paper, inside padded envelopes.

All shipments are made from Barcelona. Please bear in mind that we follow the working calendar of this city and that holidays in Catalonia or Barcelona do not count as working days for us.

When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the shipping tracking number. You can track your purchase using that number (through Correos website) or using the link that you will find in the shipping confirmation email.

The delivery of the order will be made at the address you indicate when making your purchase.

In the event that the shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered and it has not been claimed at the relevant Post Office, you will have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can send you the order again.
